Wolves in Sheep’s clothing

Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. Matthew 7:15

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Today, there are lot of false prophets and false teachers, only way to find them is by their fruits. We cannot discern anyone through their gifts, but by their fruits. Because, it is possible for someone to do miracles, signs and wonders but still be a false teacher or false prophet.

You may think, how can he say that? Jesus said, Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ Matthew 7:21-23

But, majority of people today look for the external signs to recognize someone as godly, but it should be seen inside which is being reflected by their fruits. Do not be deceived by external appearance. Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1John 4:1 We are in last days and we see more and more false prophets. Already there are lot of false prophets who mainly focus on everything about angels, demons, money, etc except sanctification and becoming more like Jesus everyday. Instead, they continue to live in sin and still claim themselves that they serve God. Ask them which God? Beware and stay away from wolves.
