Our God is Everlasting GOD. The book of Isaiah says about the birth of Jesus Christ around 700 BC. This book has 66 chapters and if we closely meditate first 39 chapters talks about first 39 books from old testament and remaining 27 chapters talks about remaining 27 books in the bible. The book of Isaiah is like a mini bible. In this book, God’s name is mentioned as Everlasting Father. Everlasting means that lasts forever, God is same yesterday, today and forever. Also, God created us and we live forever as our soul lives and also we will receive new resurrected body.
God loves us so much with an everlasting love and He is our everlasting Father!
Everlasting Father – Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Everlasting Covenant – Isaiah 24:5 Jesus came to repair, restore and rebuild. He established the new covenant which is everlasting!
The earth is defiled by its people; they have disobeyed the laws, violated the statutes and broken the everlasting covenant.
Everlasting [Eternal] Rock – Isaiah 26:4
Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD himself, is the Rock eternal.
Everlasting Witness – Isaiah 30:8
Go now, write it on a tablet for them, inscribe it on a scroll, that for the days to come it may be an everlasting witness.
Everlasting Burning – Isaiah 33:14 – Jesus Saved us from this everlasting burning! Thank God for salvation that He set us free from the power of sin and death!
The sinners in Zion are terrified; trembling grips the godless: “Who of us can dwell with the consuming fire? Who of us can dwell with everlasting burning?”
Everlasting Joy – Isaiah 35:10
and those the LORD has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
Everlasting Salvation – Isaiah 45:17
But Israel will be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation; you will never be put to shame or disgraced, to ages everlasting.

Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the LORD’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.”

to them I will give within my temple and its walls a memorial and a name better than sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name that will endure forever.
Everlasting [Eternal] Pride Beatiful – Isaiah 60:15
“Although you have been forsaken and hated, with no one traveling through, I will make you the everlasting pride[beauty] and the joy of all generations.
Everlasting Light – Isaiah 60:19,20
The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.
Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end.
