Favor of God is not based on you or me but it’s based on Him! Amen! Jacob took away his brother Esau’s blessing and birthright. Esau held a grudge against him because of the blessing his father had given Jacob and he decided to kill his brother Jacob. At this time, Jacob’s parents sent Jacob to his uncle Laban’s home, while he was fleeing he had a dream.
God spoke to Jacob, “All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring. I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” This is Favor, because our God blessed Jacob not because he was righteous but because He Loved Jacob and God is Good that He showed His favor and blessed him abundantly. Jacob’s life got changed and transformed, he depended on God and gave up his old life for He found his new life in God! God’s love transforms us!
God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Jesus Christ died for us. Romans 5:9 Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? Romans 8:32 Nearly 20 years later, God brought Jacob back to his hometown. Esau still had grudge to kill Jacob, but one night before he met his brother Esau, Jacob prayed and God blessed him, he had power with God and favor with men.
God protected Jacob’s life and fulfilled everything He has promised. God’s grace is not based on what we do but it’s based on what He has already done! God’s grace is not based on you take the first step and God will take the rest, instead it’s based on all the steps that He has already taken! Our life is settled and secured in Christ! His grace is sufficient for us! Thank you Jesus!
God is not judging you based on your past, because He knows that He has a better future for you. Believe and Receive! On the cross Jesus reversed all the curse into blessing. Today, His blood cleanses us from all unrighteousness. Do not let your heart be troubled, abide in Christ for He became curse to make you a blessing for His glory! God always empowers His children and gives favor in His sight and also in front of men, just like how Jacob received favor upon favor. Jesus Loves you! He is your best portion! God bless you!
Jesus said, “whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:14 Amen! Jesus is the living water and He came down from heaven to save us!
In Israel, some places you see as desert and in the midst of desert you see streams of spring water flowing through which keeps the eco system alive. This streams of water represents Jesus who brings hope to a desert like life. So many are wandering without hope in this world which is like desert. Jesus is calling everyone to Him.
Jesus said, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” John 7:38,39 Not only Jesus quench our thirst but also He transform us to His image so that the living water is flowing within us!
Wherever His river flows there is healing, strength and hope in Jesus name! The questions is, are you thirsty? Always come to Jesus and drink. He will make you a living testimony and witness for our Lord, let us continue to grow in His everlasting love and grace. Amen!
God is good and He loves us so much, let us give thanks to Him! Once Moses asked God to show him His glory, God caused all His goodness to pass over him. God’s glory is revealed in His goodness to Moses. (Ref: Exodus 33:18,19) Today, let us thank God for all His goodness in our life, specifically this year. God is Good!
One day Jesus was traveling near Samaria and Galilee border. Ten men who had leprosy met Jesus, they called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” When Jesus saw them, He said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed. (Ref: Luke 17:11-19) Jesus always move with compassion and love! His love endures forever!
One of the Ten, when he realized that he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him–and he was a Samaritan. Thanksgiving starts with Praising God! This man praised God and thanked Jesus! After that Jesus asked where are the other nine? Let us be like that one Samaritan, let us praise God and thank Him! God blessed you and me abundantly! Jesus loves us!
By day the LORD went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night. Exodus 13:21 They were able to travel non-stop as the LORD went ahead and guided them day and night.
Nothing can stop us from moving forward when we are under the umbrella of God! Amen! We are called to abide in His everlasting love. Our Lord is having unique plan and purpose for each and everyone of us, Jesus told us to abide in Him so that we can bear fruit.
As like how an umbrella enables us to step out in rain, scorching sun or snow, when we abide under the Umbrella of God, no matter whatever may be the challenges or circumstances that this world brings against us, they will not be tough enough, we will step out and step up for His glory! In Jesus name, Amen! Abide in Him! Keep Moving Forward! God bless you!
Love does not define God but God defines loves, that is through His Son Jesus Christ! Today, we love Him because He first loved us! He gave His life for us to save and give us eternal life! Today, everyone need the revelation of His love which is the foundation of relationship with Christ.
Once i used to goto church just because its Sunday, now I love to seek Him every time because the more I know how much He loves me the more I love Him and choose to walk in Him! God’s Word says in Romans 5:5, God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Our hope is Christ will not put us to shame.
As like how a foundation is so important for any building, getting the revelation of His love is important for a Christian. Jesus Loves You! He cares for you and no matter what you are going through in life, He is always with you to deliver you, for He will never leave you nor forsake you! Continue to grow in His love & grace! God bless you!
